How to recharge

To register your phone number, click here. If you cannot dial 0091-20 prefixes from your phone, please call customer service for assistance.

• Brastel account recharges made by credit card and PayPal cannot be used for International Recharges. Please recharge the Brastel account at convenience stores or authorized recharging points.
• International Recharges are processed instantly. Some recharges, however, may take up to 24 hours to be processed depending on the network conditions between Brastel and the mobile phone carriers. If the recipient does not receive the recharge within 24 hours, please contact Brastel for verification.
• If the International Recharge fails due to technical difficulties, the credit will be refunded to the Brastel account. The refund process requires verification from the destination carrier and may take up to seven days to be completed. International Recharges are non-refundable under any other circumstances.
• Consecutive International Recharges to the same destination number cannot be made within one hour.
• International Recharges made to the wrong destination mobile phone number cannot be refunded.
• The recharge values and/or their amount in yen may change without prior notice.
• The validity period starts from the time the recharge is received by the destination mobile phone. When not specified, the validity period varies depending on the destination mobile phone carrier's system configuration. Please contact the carrier directly for further information.
• The International Recharge System may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance works without prior notice.
